The VILLAS
Pénde Luxury Villas in Serifos island are characterized by the traditional Greek island architecture: bright white walls, light blue wooden windows and reed pergolas handcrafted in the artisanal woodworking Serifos style. You will succumb to their charms and comfort just like that.

Villa Lilac invites you to stay all-day-long on its truly wonderful veranda, which overlooks the fascinating Livadakia Bay. It comprises of one double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one single bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a spacious living room with one sofa-bed, a master bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Verde
is distributed in two floors, comprising of two double bedrooms downstairs,
both opening to a shared veranda. This vacation villa is fully equipped,
with an open-plan kitchen and living room, opening to a balcony with sea

Our super spacious Villa Madera expands over 160 sqm, distributed in three floors. White walls, customized wooden furniture and vintage objects and artifacts characterize this beautiful villa. Madera transcends a mixture of retro, bohemian atmosphere. It comprises of one master bedroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds (both opening to a shared veranda), an airy living room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms and the amazing veranda with panoramic views to Livadakia Bay.
The NATURA RESIDENCES
Experience Serifos nature in its purest form and feel the island’s underlying energy this stunning place gives off.
Discover our two laid-back luxury residences in Serifos island, named “Keli” and “Mandri”, which offer premium comfort and a stunning view over the Aegean Sea. Both residences are a restored cottage, consisting of a small open plan space with a double bed and a built-in sitting area, constructed in the traditional island way using eco-friendly and natural materials. Both have bathroom spaces built over the natural rock of the land.
Keli’s outdoor spaces comprise of a massive wild chestnut wood pergola, open plan gas-burner kitchenette and massive wood dining area furniture. Mandri’s ample close plan kitchen features a traditional island look. It’s spacious outdoor area comprises two different zones, a nice dining room equipped with beautiful massive wood furniture and a lounge built-in sofa area.
