Ai Giannis beach is located at the eastern part of the island, right after Psili Ammos beach. You need to park on the edge of the street that leads to Kallitsos village and then you will have to walk a few built steps that will take you to the shore. Right before the shore you will pass by the small church of Saint John (Agios Giannis), that shares its name with the beach and the nearby village.

The coast is sandy, with small pebbles, which usually dwindle as you get closer to the rocks, on the right side. There is enough tamarisk for shade and the water is clean, with a seabed that deepens more steeply than in Psili Ammos beach, despite the short distance that separates them.
