Ramos
Distance from Chora: 5,5 km
Distance from Livadi: 1,0 km
Ramos is located west from Livadi and is spread on a hill above Livadakia. The village was built fourth in a row, after the Greek Revolution, and is also called “Kampia” (/kα’mpiα/), a name that derives from “kampiezi” (/kαmpi’εzi/, i.e. people of the plain), as the locals who engaged in agricultural activities were called. In the center of the village you will find the Panagia of Ramos, where you can enjoy yourselves in its popular festival on the 14th of August.
